About us

We are based in a small village just 12 miles outside of Oban - Gate way to the Isles- We call it the heart of the Highlands. You can decide for yourself.

We are situated at a convenient location just of the A85 at Taynuilt on the Main Street, right in the heart of the village.

We have direct train links and bus links regularly from early morning until 9pm in the evening to Taynuilt and to Oban and Glasgow.

Taynuilt has a Village Shop that is 100 years old, a gift shop selling local hand made arts and crafts , a post office also selling gifts and a hair salon available.

There is plenty to do in the local area including but not limited to purchasing a fishing permit and going to Loch Awe for a day out fishing or with lots of walks available for the casual stroll or mountains for the adventurous all within walking distance from the heart of the village or if you fancy a 5-10 minute drive away you will be in the wilds of Fearnoch Forest which has lots of walks available on offer, Airds Bay and Taynuilt Pier is also an option just 15 minute walk from the Main Street plus lots lots more, --must be seen!

If traveling by car the postcode you would need to input in your sat nav is PA35 1JE which give you the proper directions to Taynuilt Main Street upon entering the Main Street the property is situated immediately on your right and there is an Old British Telephone Box situated outside the property.
